  • Erin Krieg is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who began her nursing journey in 2007, following her passion for healthcare. She earned both her Bachelor’s in Nursing and Master’s in Anesthesia from the University of Cincinnati and has over 14 years of nursing experience. Her background spans ICU nursing, administration, open heart recovery, and five years in the Operating Room specializing in anesthesia.

    With a deep love for aesthetics, Erin pursued advanced training at the award-winning Beautiphi Academy in Rochester Hills, MI. She combines her expertise in science and beauty to deliver safe, holistic treatments. Erin is passionate about educating her patients, helping them understand their skin, their stage in the aging process, and the treatments that align with their health and beauty goals.

    Erin is proud to be a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiologists.

    She lives on Cincinnati’s west side with her husband, Kevin, and their two children, Cooper and Kensey.

  • Emily Crouch is a dedicated esthetician and nurse who’s passionate about helping her clients feel confident, knowledgeable, and comfortable in their skin. With a career in aesthetics that began in 2006 and a degree in Healthcare Management, Emily combines expertise with a true love for connecting with people.

    A natural people person, Emily is warm, animated, and always ready to share her passion for skin health and wellness. She’s a proud wife and mother of three who grew up on Cincinnati’s Westside before moving to the country in her early 20s.

    In her free time, Emily loves traveling, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and enjoying music. She’s excited to meet you and create a personalized journey toward glowing, healthy skin!

  • Jessica Spiker is a Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in surgical and medical nursing, bringing a highly skilled, safety-driven approach to aesthetic treatments at Willow Skin Therapy.

    She began her healthcare career as a Certified Surgical Technologist in 2009 working in plastic surgery, where she gained extensive hands-on experience with facial anatomy, sterile technique, tissue handling, and precision-based outcomes. She later transitioned into nursing in 2014 and spent the majority of her career as an Operating Room Circulator, supporting a wide range of surgical procedures and working closely with surgeons and anesthesia teams.

    In addition to her surgical background, she has experience in medical intensive care, caring for high-acuity patients and developing strong clinical assessment skills and sound medical judgment. She currently works in hospice, where compassion, presence, and individualized care are central to her practice.

    This diverse clinical experience allows her to deliver aesthetic treatments that are safe, thoughtful, and tailored to each client’s unique skin and goals. She is passionate about patient education and believes in enhancing natural beauty while prioritizing long-term skin health and integrity.

  • Kim Steinriede is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with nearly half a lifetime dedicated to healthcare. Her interest in medicine began in high school while working in a primary care physician’s office, which inspired her to pursue nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2009 and began her career in the ICU before advancing her education. Kim went on to earn her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in 2013 and has worked as a CRNA for the past 12 years.

    Through her own skincare journey, Kim discovered the powerful connection between confidence, healing, and feeling comfortable in one’s own skin. This passion led her to pursue advanced aesthetic training at the renowned Beautiphi Academy in Rochester Hills, MI. She blends her extensive healthcare background with aesthetics to provide safe, thoughtful treatments while prioritizing patient education and empowerment.

    Kim is passionate about helping others understand their skin and feel confident at every stage of life. She lives on the west side of Cincinnati with her better half, Eric and their four children—Avery, Leo, Ethan, and Lexi. As a busy working mom, Kim believes strongly in the importance of self-care and taking time to invest in yourself.

  • Jamie is the friendly face helping keep Willow Skin Therapy running smoothly. She lives in Bridgetown with her fiancé and their dog, Maggie. Outside the office, Jamie loves to travel and brings a strong sense of organization and care to everything she does, including running her own cleaning business.

  • Dr. Michael J. Fiedler is a distinguished anesthesiologist based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with over two decades of experience in the field. He is affiliated with several prominent hospitals in the area, including Mercy Health-West Hospital and Bethesda Bulter where he brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

    Dr. Fiedler earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and since then, he has dedicated his career to advancing the field of anesthesiology. His extensive experience and deep knowledge make him a valued asset in both clinical and surgical settings.

    In addition to his work in hospitals, Dr. Fiedler serves as the Medical Director for Willow Skin Therapy where he combines his clinical acumen with a passion for aesthetic medicine. His role at the spa allows him to integrate his expertise in patient care with a focus on ensuring our patients recive the safest care producing fantastic results.

    Dr. Fiedler’s commitment to excellence and his personalized approach to patient care make him a trusted and respected professional in the Cincinnati medical community.
